This guide is a free, non-profit community resource created solely to assist fellow pupils in chambers with procedural filings. It does not constitute legal advice.
Filing practices and court directions change frequently across High Court registries. While I do my best to keep everything accurate, I accept no liability for any procedural delays, errors, or registry rejections. Always verify with current Bar Council circulars and the e-Kehakiman portal before filing.
Notice a change or error? If you spot any updated practice directions or revised steps, please reach out via the contact section below so I can update the guide for everyone.
